Corn and Tarragon Chowder

TPC Falafel wrap with a cucumber lemon sauce.

Hummos warm pita and olives.

Zucchini Fritters dressed w a roasted red pepper salsa and tzatziki and served w a garden salad.

Garlic Sausage on a bun with sauerkraut and grainy mustard served with salad

Grilled chicken salad  with corn salasa and an avocado dressing

Savoury meatloaf sandwich served with salad

After July 1st weekend, Dinner Tuesday to Saturday (5.30pm – 9.00pm)

Dinner starts at 5.30pm

Chicken garlic and coriander cabbage rolls w a cumin scented tomato sauce served w a crunch salad and soy ginger viniagrette.

Garden Pesto Linguini w roast cipolinis, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan and fried ciabatta.

Prawn Laksa – Fragrant lemongrass, coconut curry soup w basmati rice.

Goodfellows breaded pork cutlets served on a Kaiser with braised red cabbage and greens

Pineapple ham and swiss cheese in a grilled ciabatta and salad.

Asian Rice Bowl – brown basmati, peanut sauce, asian greens, chopped egg, bean sprouts and toasted peanuts

It’s party day at our place, nice with the warm breeze and the attempted sunny breaks. Better to have 12 “sugared up” 8 years old’s outside than trashing the basement..oh the risks we take as parents..I need MORE insurance for party property trauma

After having access to “real” tomatoes, it is so hard standing in the supermarket through the winter, smelling the unnaturally uniform red thing that just doesn’t smell like a tomato and then paying allot for it to taste like nothing …. now that was a mouthful!

Ah the Australian bush…This is a mates place high on a mountain ridge (well not mountains like you know them) …so high on a hill, surrounded by eucalyptus trees, screaming with insects and other animals. Food cooked in the camp oven, Billy tea, good yarns and plenty of laughs. Nice place me old mate..
