Banana Pineapple

Breakfast (7am – 11am)

Steel-cut oats with cinnamon and raisin, brown sugar on the side

Two scrambled eggs, peameal, toast, jam and fruit

Homemade fruit and nut granola, tart Greek yogurt and fruit compote

Homemade pancakes with Vader’s maple syrup

Lunch (11:30 to close)

Chilled Fruit Soup

Sweet bean and veggie soup

Fresh garden grilled veg wrap with tahini sauce and feta, served with salad

Asian noodle salad with a soy sesame dressing (veggie or add peanut satay chicken)

Eggplant caponata served on toasted bread with Fifth Town chevre

Hummos, warm pita and olives

Garden fresh tomato with Black River old cheddar sandwich, served with a salad

Dinner (5:30 – 9pm)

Chicken Parmesean served with a savoury rice pilaf and fresh veg

Goodfellow’s honey garlic sausage served with scalloped potatoes, fresh veg and sweet-hot mustard

Grilled farm fresh vegetable stack served with a garden tomato salsa  and county corn

Fettuccine tossed in a lemon cream sauce and topped with fresh parmesan and garden herbs
